摘 要:芘是多环芳烃的一个代表性化合物。预防职业性癌症将测定尿中芘的主要代谢物1-羟基芘作为接触多环芳烃的生物监测指标。对不同工作岗位的电解铝工人,同时测定个体接触多环芳烃的浓度及尿中排出1-羟基芘的浓度,发现在个体评价的基础上,1-羟基芘的水平与空气中芘的浓度、与空气中苯并(a)芘的浓度都呈显著相关,与空气中多环芳烃总浓度也呈显著相关。Pyrene is a representative compound among PAH.In the prevention of occupational cancer.1-Hydroxypyrene,the main metabolite of PAH in urine,was taken as a biological monitoring index for workers exposed to PAH. Personal exposure level of PAH in air and the concentration of 1-hydroxypyrene in urine were determined simultaneously in electrolytic aluminium workers of different worposts.Results showed that, on the basis of personal evaluation, significant correlationships existed between 1-hydroxypyrene level and airborne pyrene concentration, and benz (a) pyrene concentration in air. There was also significant correlationship between 1-hydroxypyrene in urine and total PAH concentration in air.
