塔式法催化光氯化合成邻氯苯甲酸工艺研究

摘　　要：研究了用塔式反应器由邻氯甲苯经催化光氯化合成邻氯苯甲酸的工艺路线.着重考察了影响反应的主要因素,确定了最佳的反应条件:紫外光照射,反应时间2h,反应温度130～140℃,催化剂用量为邻氯甲苯量的2%,其产品收率达70%.产品的性能指标达到国内外同类产品的标准.A tower reaction is used for synthesis of orthochlorobenzoic acid from orthochlorotulene by photochlorination.The main influence factors are discussed.The optimal reaction conditions are:ultraviolet irradiation,reaction time 2 h,reaction temperature 130～140℃,2% of catalyst.Under the conditions,the yield reaches 70%.The properties of the product catch up with the standards of domestic and overseas similar products.
