摘 要:接枝淀粉是经纱上浆中最有可能大批量取代PVA的环保型浆料 ,国内外在淀粉接枝共聚技术方面的大量研究表明 ,化学引发方法存在接枝物与均聚物分离提纯的难题 ;物理引发方法因辐射能量高 ,反应不易控制 ,会影响淀粉的本体性能 ;应用微波辐射技术对淀粉进行改性 ,使大分子链裂解 。The graft starch is a kind of environmental protection size, which has the most potentiality to replace PVA in large-scale. A lot of studies on graft copolymerization technologies home and abroad show that there are very difficult problems in segregation and purification of graft and homopolymer produced by chemical initiation method, but the physical initiation method has defects such as high radiation, and the reaction is difficult to control which will have an effect on the graft starch property. The starch is modified with microwave radiation technology, to make the macromolecule chain splitting and decrease the molecular weight, and this modification can increase reaction speed and substantially decrease the wastes produced by chemical reaction, which is harmful to the environment.
