摘 要:目的探讨CT与MRI对梅尼埃病的诊断价值。方法通过复习文献,分析CT和MRI在内耳成像特点及其在梅尼埃病中的应用价值。结果CT对内耳的骨性结构、乳突的气化情况及面神经管形态方面,CT优于MRI;而MRI对软组织结构显示清楚,二者各有所长。将CT和MRI影像结合起来对内耳结构骨与软组织关系显示清晰可应用于梅尼埃病临床诊断。结论CT和MRI对梅尼埃病的诊断优势互补。Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in Meniere disease.Methods: By re-viewing the documents,this paper analyzed the inner ear imaging characteristics and the application value of CT and MRI in Meniere disease.Results: Compared with MRI,CT have an advantage to clearly show the bony structure,the mastoidal gasification and the shape of facial nerve cananl of inner ear;while the soft tissue's images were more clear by MRI.each has advantages.The coupling technique of CT and MRI can clearly show the relationship between bone and soft tissue in inner ear,and can be used for the clinical diagnosis of Meniere disease.Conclusions: Superiority complementation between CT and MRI can improve the diagnosis of Meniere disease.
