412例头位胎膜早破临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单纯头位胎膜早破对孕产妇及新生儿的影响。方法将单纯足月妊娠头位胎膜早破412例,随机选取同期足月妊娠头位分娩无胎膜早破者500例与之对照,两组年龄、孕周、产次均无明显差异。结果胎膜早破组难产率29.61%,对照组18.8%,胎膜早破组产褥病率7.28%,对照组1.2%,胎膜早破组新生儿窒息率6.8%,对照组1.4%。结论胎膜早破是头位难产早期的临床表现,对母儿都有一定的影响。Objective:To discuss the effect of premature rupture of membranes(PROM) on puerpera and neonate.Methods:412 head position cases of premature rupture of membranes were included into the study group,and 500 normal cases were included into the control group.There were no obvious differences in ages,gestation and delivery times between two groups.Results: The result showed that the difficult deliv-ery rates of the study group and the control group were 29.6% and 18.8% respectively,the puerperal mor-bidity of the study group was7.28%,the control group was1.2%,the rate of asphyxia of the newborn in the study group was 6.8%,the control group was 1.4%.Conclusion: Premature rupture of membranes is the clinical manifestation of difficult labour and has effect on the pregnant women and neonate.
