摘  要:探讨2940nm饵点阵激光早期剥脱酸烧伤痂皮与单纯药物治疗的疗效差异。2012年6月~2014年9月笔者单位收治的27例面颈部小面积点片状酸烧伤患者为临床资料。将入选的103个创面随机分成激光剥脱治疗组(14例,54个创面)和单纯药物治疗组(13例,49个创面),激光剥脱治疗组采用饵点阵激光行痂皮剥脱后富林蜜伤口愈合凝胶常规每日换药;单纯药物治疗组行富林蜜伤口愈合凝胶常规每日换药,两组病例均置红外线烤架治疗。经治疗后对两组创面愈合时间,瘢痕发生率进行比较分析。激光剥脱治疗组创面愈合时间明显短于单纯药物治疗组(P<0.05),创面愈合后3个月进行随访,瘢痕的发生率明显低于单纯药物治疗组(P<0.01)。面颈部小面积点片状酸烧伤早期使用2940nm饵点阵激光行痂皮剥脱治疗能缩短创面愈合时间,减轻瘢痕的发生率。To explore the curative effects of 2940 nm bait fractional laser stripped acid burn scab skin in early and simple drug treatment. In the faciocervical 27 cases of some sheets acid burn wound admitted between in June 2012 to September 2014 in the author unit. Selected 103 wounds were randomly divided into laser stripping treatment group( 14 cases,54 wound) and simple drug treatment group( 13 cases,49 wound),the laser stripping treatment group external use Flamigel after bait fractional laser line peeled acid burn scab skin with daily routine dressing change; the simple drug treatment group direct external use Flamigel with daily routine treatment,two groups used infrared therapy apparatus. An analysis was conducted on the following aspects,the wound healing time,incidence of scar after two groups treatment. laser stripping treatment group wound healing time was obviously shorter than the simple drug treatment group( P <0. 05),wound healing after 3 months follow-up,the incidence of scar significantly lower than the pure drug therapy group( P <0. 05). the faciocervical point flake acid small area acid burn early use 2940 nm bait fractional laser stripped acid burn scab skin treatment can shorten wound healing time,reduce the incidence of scar.
