电针配合红外线照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：观察电针配合红外线照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察。将95例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用电针腰夹脊穴,治疗组在此基础上加上红外线照射治疗。均为2个疗程,10天/疗程,并观察临床疗效。治疗后VAS、JAS评分较治疗前有显著性改善,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。电针配合红外线照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好疗效,值得推广。To study the treatment effect of electroacupuncture combined with infrared irradiation on the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. 95 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. patients in two groups were both treated by Electroacupuncture Jiaji point of waist,with plus Infrared irradiation in the treatment group. they are included in 2 courses of treatment per 10 days. after the treatment,VAS and JAS scores were significantly improved,with significant difference( P < 0. 01). Electroacupuncture plus infrared irradiation has good treatment effect on the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
