摘　　要：高阶平顶高斯光束在自由空间传输过程中,光强分布经历了三种状态:平顶高斯分布,平顶高斯中心凹陷分布,高斯型分布。通过对前两种状态相干合成光强分布特点进行模拟,研究了光束阵列结构、种子光束阶数、传输距离等因素对相干合成的影响,并用桶中功率对相干合成的光束质量进行了评价。结果表明:两种状态下相干合成都可以变为高斯光束,不过中心光强和光束半径的变化趋势不同。在一定条件下,阵列环上光束数量越多,相干合成光束的效果越好。During the propagation of high order flattened Gaussian beam in free space,intensity distribution has three kinds of states:flattened Gaussian distribution,the center-dip of flattened Gaussian distribution and Gaussian distribution.Based on the simulation of the coherent combination intensity distribution characteristics of two former states,the effects of the beam array structure,the beam order,propagation distance on coherent combination were investigated,besides,the quality of the beam of coherent combination was evaluated by power in the bucket(PIB).The result shows that the coherent combination in two kinds of state can form a Gaussian beam,while the trend of change of the light intensity in center and the beam radius are different.Under a certain conditions,the more beam in array ring are,the better effect of the beam by coherent combination are.
