红外线照射结合甲硝唑及碘伏液湿敷对降低会阴切口缝合术后感染率的影响

摘　　要：探讨红外线照射结合甲硝唑冲洗及碘伏液湿敷对产妇会阴切口缝合术术后感染率降低的影响。采取便利抽样法,选择2012年3月至2014年3月我院产科收治的产妇220例,均接受会阴切开缝合术,随机将其分为实验组和对照组,各110例,对照组产妇实施常规治疗,实验组则采取红外线照射、甲硝唑液冲洗和碘伏液湿敷治疗。2个疗程后,比较两组产妇会阴切口疼痛程度、愈合情况及感染情况。对照组产妇切口感染率为3.64%,实验组产妇切口感染率为0.91%,两组切口感染率有显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇在产后24h、48h、72h和96h会阴切口的疼痛程度,及两组产妇产后会阴切口甲级愈合率,其差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。使用红外线照射结合甲硝唑冲洗和碘伏液湿敷治疗会阴切口,可以降低会阴切口感染风险,减轻产妇术后疼痛程度,具有明显的治疗效果。To investigate the infrared irradiation combined with metronidazole irrigation and iodine volts liquid shi fu to maternal perineum incision decompression effect of postoperative infection rate.Convenience sampling method,the choice in March 2012 to March 2014 at the records of 220 cases of maternal hospital maternity,accept the perineum incision suture technique,its randomly divided into experimental group and control group,all the 110 cases,control group maternal implement regular treatment,the experimental group are taking infrared irradiation,metronidazole liquid washing and iodine volts liquid shi fu treatment.After two period of treatment,the relative degree of two groups of maternal perineum incision pain,healing and infection.The control group,the maternal incision infection rate was 3.64%,the experimental group maternal incision infection rate was 0.91%,two groups of incision infection rate have significant difference,statistically significant(P<0.05);Two groups of maternal postpartum 24 h,48h,72 hand 96hepisiotomy level of pain,and two groups of maternal postpartum perineal incision class-a healing rate,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).The use of infrared radiation combined with metronidazole flushing fluid and iodine volts shi fu treatment of perineal incision,perineum incision infection can reduce the risk and reducing the level of pain after ChanFuShu has obvious therapeutic effect.
