摘  要:观察红外线照射、七叶皂苷钠凝胶结合地塞米松及护理预防经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)致机械性静脉炎的临床效果。将58例患者随机分为对照组和实验组,各29例。实验组置管时先将PICC导管采用地塞米松稀释液浸润后再行插管,插管后穿刺点上方8~10cm处外涂复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶2次/d,同时给予红外线照射;对照组采用生理盐水浸润导管后再行插管,给予局部热敷2次/d治疗。两组均采取综合护理干预措施。观察两组患者PICC置入术后7d内机械性静脉炎的发生情况。实验组静脉炎发生率为6.9%,对照组发生率为24.1%,经χ2检验,两组间差异(χ2=9.153,P<0.05),有统计学意义。红外线照射、七叶皂苷钠凝胶结合地塞米松及护理能有效预防PICC后机械性静脉炎的发生。to observe the infrared radiation,seven Ye Zao glycosides in combination with dexamethasone sodium gel and nursing prevention via peripheral venous puncture in central venous catheter( PICC) to the clinical effect of mechanical phlebitis. 58 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,29 cases each. Experimental catheter PICC catheter first when using dexamethasone diluent infiltration after intubation,the puncture point after intubation of 8 ~ 10 cm above the outer coating compound seven Ye Zao nucleoside sodium gel 2 times / d,at the same time give the infrared radiation; Control group with saline infiltration catheter after intubation,giving local hot compress 2 times / d treatment. Both groups of comprehensive nursing intervention measures. Observed two groups of patients with PICC was limited within 7 d after the occurrence of mechanical phlebitis. The incidence of phlebitis was4. 7%,the incidence of the control group was 23. 3%,the chi square test,the differences between the two groups( chi-square = 9. 153,P<0. 05),with statistical significance. Infrared radiation,seven Ye Zao glycosides in combination with dexamethasone sodium gel and nursing can effectively prevent the occurrence of mechanical phlebitis after PICC.
