摘  要:探讨远红外线照射结合马铃薯贴片并喜疗妥涂抹对血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘功能的影响。将采用自体动静脉内瘘长期进行血液透析患者110例随机分为对照组和实验组,每组55例。对照组用局部喜疗妥软膏外涂治疗,观察组则采用远红外线照射结合局部马铃薯贴片外敷并喜疗妥涂抹。治疗3个月后比较两组患者血管情况。3个月后,观察组在血流量、血管弹性、血管杂音、血管并发症等情况等方面均好于对照组,其差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。远红外线照射结合马铃薯贴片外敷并喜疗妥涂抹操作简单,对自体动静脉内瘘有较强的保护作用,并能明显降低动静脉内瘘并发症的发生,延长动静脉内瘘的使用寿命。局部用远红外线照射结合局部马铃薯贴片外敷并喜疗妥涂抹,效果优于局部单纯用喜疗妥外涂。To explore the far infrared irradiation combined with potato strips and hirudoid daub on the function of autogenous arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients. Using autogenous arteriovenous fistula in long-term hemodialysis patients,110 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,55 cases in each group.Control group treated with partial hirudoid ointment besmear outside,observation group was adopted far infrared irradiation combined with local potato patch gels and hirudoid blotted out. 3 months after treatment compared two groups of patients with blood vessels. After 3 months,the observation group in blood flow,vascular elasticity and vascular murmur,vascular complications,and so on and so forth are better than that in control group,the differences are significant( P<0. 05). The combination of far infrared radiation is the potato patch gels and hirudoid daub the operation is simple,inside the autogenous arteriovenous fistula has strong protective effect,and can significantly reduce the incidence of complications in arteriovenous fistula,prolong the service life of arteriovenous internal fistula. Local with far infrared irradiation combined with local potato patch gels and hirudoid daub,effect is better than that of local simple with hirudoid.
