摘　　要：随着电力事业的迅速发展,电能量由人工采集和计费转向计算机系统进行远程自动采集和计费。针对远程采集与计费管理系统的特点,对系统的硬件和软件实现进行设计和规划。系统的硬件采用扩频低压载波表+集中器+上位机,软件采用Powerbuilder7.0+SQL Server7.0。With the quick development of power system, electrical energy from manual collection and fee calculation to automatic and remote collection and fee calculation depends on computer system. This paper analyzes the speciality of automatic and remote collection and fee calculation, and designs the hardware and software of power system. The hardware adopts low pressure watch and centralized machine and place of honor machine, and software adopts PowerBuilder7.0 and SQL Server7. 0.
