摘　　要：杂质引起的各种缺陷,对锗酸铋(Bi_4Ge_3O_(12)简称BGO 晶体的光学质量产生严重影响。本工作利用透过光谱比较、光学显微术、扫描电子显微镜、电子探针分析等手段研究了这些缺陷的形貌和形成机理,也讨论了改善晶体光学质量的方法。There are some types of defects caused by impurities which seriously effect the optical quality of bismuth germanate (BGO).In this work, optical transmission spectra,optical microscopy,sweep electron microscope, electron microprobe analysis etc were used to study the appearance and mechanism of formation of these defects.The methods of improving the optical quality were also discussed.
