江西农村新型城镇化建设投资主体多元化的促进对策

摘　　要：在政府财政投入有限的情况下,加快江西农村新型城镇化建设的一个有效途径是投资主体的多元化。文章总结了江西农村城镇化建设中投资主体单一的主要表现,认为应从制定城镇产业发展规划、鼓励农民创业、吸引企业投资几方面入手,促进农村城镇化的投资主体多元化。As the public financial investment is limited in Jiangxi Province,an effective way to speed up the new type of urbanization of villages is to accept investors of diverse backgrounds..By summing up the main features of unitary investors in urbanization of villages,this paper suggests some measures should be taken to promote diversified investors in this respect,including planning the urban industries,encouraging farmers to start undertakings and attracting enterprises to invest.
