胃部分切除术后近期上消化道出血的原因探讨(附9例临床分析)

摘　　要：目的　探讨胃部分切除术后近期上消化道出血的原因及降低胃部分切除术后上消化道出血的发生率的方法。方法　总结 1985年 1月～ 1999年 12月间治疗的各种原因胃部分切除术后近期上消化道出血 9例的临床资料 ,其中 4例再手术止血 ,5例保守治疗。结果　治愈 7例 ,死亡 2例 ,1例死于出血性休克 ,另 1例死于肝功衰竭。结论　胃部分切除术后近期上消化道出血多是由于手术操作不当引起。Objective To probe into the causes of upper digestive tract hemorrhage in early stage after partial gastrectomy and decrease its morbidity.Method 9 cases of partial gastrectomy from Jan.1985 to Dec.1999 were collected.4 cases of 9 patients were stopped bleeding by re-operation.5 cases were treated by conservative method.Results Of all patients,7 cases were cured,one case died of hemorrhagic shock,another case died of hepatic failure.Conclusion Upper digestive tract bleeding in early stage after partial gastrectomy were mostly caused by improper operation procedures.
