纤溶酶元激活剂在重度脑室内出血治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结纤溶酶元激活剂尿激酶和重组链激酶在脑室内出血治疗中的效果。 方法对30例重度脑室内出血病人行单侧或双侧侧脑室外引流,经引流管注入纤溶剂进行纤溶治疗。结果30例中,29例引流效果良好,术后第4 d脑室积血减少50％以上。术后第7 d 18例积血基本消失,8例积血减少80％。3例术后发生再出血。死亡2例。结论早期脑室外引流及纤溶治疗重度脑室内出血效果良好。Objective To probe into the application of plasminogen activator (urokinase and r-SK) in treating severe intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH). Methods 30 patients with IVH were treated by external drainage of cerebrospinal fluid through ventricular catheter combined with the intraventricular administration of plasminogen activator (urokinase and r-SK). Results 29 cases got recovered with good results. intraventricular blood was reduced by more than 50 % in 4 d after drainage. In 7 d after operation, intraventricular blood was almost assimilated in 18 cases, and intraventricular blood was lessened nearly by 80 % in other 8 cases. Re-hemorrhage occurred in 3 cases after operation, 2 cases died. Conclusion The effect was satisfactory in treating IVH using early external drainage of cerebrospinal fluid through ventricular catheter combined with the intraventricular administration of plasminogen activator.
