摘　　要：介绍了一种由丁烯直接水合制备仲丁醇和仲丁醇脱氢制备甲乙酮的工艺技术,并在工业装置上对各工段的工艺参数进行优化试验研究,其工业运转结果表明该项技术达到了世界同类技术的先进水平。The technology of manufacturing methyl-ethyl-ketone via catalytic hydration of butylenes and dehydrogenation of secondary butyl alcohol (SBA) with an industrial unit of a capacity of 20 kt/a was presented. Optimization of the process was carried out on the industrial unit,and the result showed it is comparable to the worlds most advanced technology.
