摘  要:考察了几种固体酸和液体酸催化剂对乙酸和正戊醇酯化反应的催化性能 ,筛选出催化酯化性能较好的用直接合成法制备的d SBA 15 SO3 H催化剂。其最佳反应条件为 :醇酸比 1.1∶1,反应温度 12 0℃ ,反应时间4h ,每摩尔乙酸的催化剂用量为 2 g。重复使用实验证明该催化剂是稳定的。直接合成的d SBA 15 SO3 H是替代硫酸合成乙酸正戊酯的理想固体酸催化剂。d-SBA-15-SO_3H as a mesoporous material with sulfonic acid group was prepared by direct-synthetic method. The esterification of acetic acid with n -amyl alcohol over several kinds of solid and liquid acidic catalysts were researched, of which the d-SBA-15-SO_3H is the best solid catalyst for synthesis of n -amyl acetate. The factors affecting the catalytic activity of d-SBA-15-SO_3H was emphatically studied, and the optimum reaction conditions were found as follows: amyl alchol/acetic acid= 1.1 ∶1 (mol), reaction temperature 120 ℃, reaction time 4 h, ratio of catalyst to acetic acid 2 g/mol. The reuse results showed that d-SBA-15-SO_3H is stable. The catalyst d-SBA-15-SO_3H is one of the zeolites suitable for the esterification.
