摘　　要：高校智库在实现大学职能、推动社会发展过程中扮演着重要角色。为了解江西高校智库现状,促进高校特色新型智库建设,"‘一带一路’战略背景下的江西省高校特色新型智库建设研究"课题组对此进行了问卷调查。在确定调研标准和调研对象基础上,通过问卷调研与实地考察,对所获信息进行统计处理分析,发现地方高校智库建设现状并不乐观。因此,根据分析结果针对性地提出了高校特色新型智库建设的应对策略:用正确的理念指导高校智库建设;根据需要切实抓好高校智库建设;设法强化高校智库建设的实效性;大力培育高校智库建设的良好环境。University think tank has been playing an important role in realizing the functions of university and promoting social development. In order to understand the status of Jiangxi' s university think tank and accelerate the construction of a specialized new type of Jiangxi university think tank,a questionnaire survey was designed by the researchers of the Jiangxi university think tank research under the strategic background of'The Belt and Road'. After confirming the research standards and objects,the researchers made the survey and obtained the statistics data. The results of the statistics showed that current status of the think tank construction in Jiangxi universities was not optimistic. Therefore,based on the analyzed results,countermeasures were put forward targeting the construction of a specialized new type of university think tank: using the correct concept to guide the university think tank construction; making good efforts on the university think tank construction by taking the actual needs into account; enhancing the effectiveness of the university think tank construction; nurturing a suitable circumstance for the university think tank construction.
