文蛤稚贝室内水泥池中间育成技术

摘　　要：利用16个底面积为25m2的水泥池,中间育成大、中、小三种规格文蛤稚贝共计15718 14万枚;密度分别为12 42万枚/m2、38 77万枚/m2和50 36万枚/m2。从2001年4月7日～7月2日经过86d的室内中间育成,总平均成活率84 11%。其中:大苗平均成活率为99 20%,平均体重增加了5 64倍;中苗平均成活率为88 36%,平均体重增加了3 74倍;小苗平均成活率69 70%,平均体重增加了2 34倍。1571814×106 spats of the clam (Meretrix meretrix Linnaeas)including large,medium and small size groups were nursed in 15 concrete pools with a bottom area of 25 m2The nursing densities were 124×104 ind／m2,3877×104 ind／m2 and 5036×104 ind／m2 respectively. Through 86 days indoor nursing(7,April 2002 to 2,July,2002)indoor nursing,the average survival rate of total spats was 8411%.In the large size group,survival rate was 9920% and weight increment was 564 times;In the medium size group,survival rate was 8836% and weight increment was 374 times;In the small size group,survival rate was 6970% and weight increment was 234 times.
