北方地区斑点叉尾Hui人工繁殖技术  

The Artificial Breeding of Cannel Catfish on the North Region

摘　　要：2000年进行斑点叉尾Hui人工繁殖技术试验，选择我国1997年从美国引进培育的美国密西西比品系斑点叉尾Hui原种3龄鱼为亲体，经60d池塘暂养培育，获受精卵12.5×10^5粒。经28d室内孵化培育，共出池全长约2.5cm的鱼苗10.1×10^5尾，出苗率为80.6%。试验结果表明，斑点叉尾Hui可以在北方地区进行人工繁殖。The artificial breeding technological extension experiment of Cannel Catfish was carried out in 2000,employed 3 years old Cannel Catfish′s parent of mississippian trait which introduce into our country from U.S.A in 1997.After rearing 60 days,125×105 fertilizing eggs were obtained in breeding tank.After hatching and breeding fry 28 days,101×105 fingerlings that body′s length is about 25 cm were obtained.The rate of producing fingerling is 806%.The artificial breeding result suggests that the artificial breeding production of Cannel Catfish could be carried out on North region.
