摘  要:采用不同浓度的CaCl2 、EGTA、CPZ、TFP和La (NO3 ) 3 处理莴苣幼苗种子根 ,结果表明 ,4mg·L-1的氯化钙对莴苣幼苗侧根原基形成有促进作用 ,侧根原基数目为对照的 2 1倍 ,并对生长素的促根效应有加合效应 ,可达 17%以上 ;而钙离子专一性螯合剂乙醇双乙胺醚N ,N四乙酸 (EGTA)则起抑制作用 ,且其抑制作用能在一定程度上被氯化钙所恢复 ;钙调素抑制剂氯丙嗪 (CPZ)和三氟拉嗪 (TFP)也起抑制作用 ,抑制率最高可达 4 0 %左右 ;而钙离子通道阻断剂镧离子在很低浓度下却有促进作用 ,且与生长素处理有加合效应 ,其效应与钙离子类似。The seminal roots of lettuce were treated by CaCl\-2,EGTA,CPZ,TFP and La(NO\-3)\-3 at different concentrations The results showed that the lateral root primordium(LRP) formation was promoted by 4 mg·L -1 CaCl\-2 in lettuce seedlins,and the number of LRP reached to 2 1 times of the control,and an additive promotion by auxins plus 4 mg·L -1 CaCl\-2 was observed,which addition effect was more than 17% At the same time,the formation of LRP by auxins could be inhibited by EGTA,and this inhibition could be released by CaCl\-2 And CPZ and TFP also inhibited the formation of LRP,which inhibition was 40% at most While the effect of La 3+ was similar to that of Ca 2+ ,promoted the formation of LRP and auxin initiation of LRP formation
