改进逆行指动脉岛状皮瓣修复手指末节缺损

摘　　要：目的:探讨蒂部只带一条指动脉的岛状皮瓣,同时吻合指神经修复末节部分组织缺损的临床效果。方法:近一年共接诊15例末节部分皮肤软组织缺损,应用改进指动脉岛状皮瓣修复。皮瓣切取面积为1.0cm×1.5 cm^3.0cm×3.5 cm。结果:15指皮瓣全部成活。随访1~2年,患指外形及屈伸功能满意,感觉恢复良好,供区植皮I期愈合。结论:采用改进的逆行指动脉岛状皮瓣修复末节部分组织缺损,手术简便易行、安全、无一例发生并发症。Objective:to investigate the pedicle with only one artery island flap anastomosis clinical effects of tissue defect in the distal part of nerve repair.Admissions of 1 5 cases of distal part of the skin and soft tissue defects in nearly a year,the application of improved artery island flap. The flap area 1.0cmx1.5 cm ~3.0em ×3.5 cm. Results:1 5 finger flap survived. Followed up for 1 to 2 years,suffering refers to the shape and range of motion function satisfaction, feeling good recovery,the healing of phase I of the donor site. The improved retrograde artery island flap in the distal part of the tissue defect surgery is simple, safe,and no case of complications.
