复杂性肛瘘应用止痛如神汤外洗配合手术治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复杂性肛瘘应用止痛如神汤外洗配合手术治疗的临床治疗效果。方法:选择2012年1月至2014年12月该院收治的90例复杂性肛瘘患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法把90例患者分成对照组与治疗组,对照组应用切缝挂线术治疗,治疗组应用止痛如神汤外洗配合手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组临床治疗总有效率97.8%,对照组总有效率75.6%,治疗组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间少于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应0例,对照组不良反应8例,治疗不良反应发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复杂性肛瘘应用止痛如神汤外洗配合手术治疗临床治疗效果理想,能减轻患者疼痛,加快创面愈合,减少不良反应,值得推广应用。Objective:to study the analgesic complexity anal fistula applications such as god soup washed with the effect of surgical treatment.Methods:ac-cording to the different treatment methods 90 patients were divided into control group and treatment group,compared two groups of patients with the clinical thera-peutic effect.Results:treatment group total effective rate is higher than control group (P <0.05 );Wound healing time lower in treatment group than control group,the pain score lower than the control group (P <0.05 );Treatment the incidence of adverse reaction is less than the control group (P <0.05 ) .Conclusions:complexity anal fistula painkillers such as god soup washed with surgery clinical treatment effect is ideal,patients can reduce pain and accelerate wound healing and reduce adverse reactions,is worthy of popularization and application.
