沙美特罗氟替卡松结合孟鲁司特钠治疗慢性支气管炎患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析临床借助沙美特罗氟替卡松、孟鲁司特纳联合疗法治疗慢性支气管炎患者的效果。方法:将我院收治慢性支气管炎患者100例作为对象,行不同分组后借助不同疗法治疗,即:给予对照组沙美特罗氟替卡松疗法,研究组则于该基础上加用孟鲁司特纳疗法,评估总体效果。结果:研究组缓解率为96.0%(48/50),对照组80.0%(40/50),有区别(P<0.05);研究组预后肺功能指标改善程度高于对照组,P<0.05,有区别。结论:临床针对慢性支气管炎患者行沙美特罗氟替卡松结合孟鲁司特钠疗法作用突出,可改善病症,提高疗效,值得学习。Objective:Clinical analysis with the help of shameiteluo fluorine for Casson,montelukast turner combination therapy treatment in patients with chronic bronchitis effect.Methods:In our hospital from March were chronic bronchitis in 100 cases of patients with as the object,the different groups with different treatment,namely:to give control group shameiteluo fluorine fluticasone therapy,study group is on the basis of and Turner montelukast therapy to assess the overall effect.Results:the study group was 96%(48/50),control group 80%(40/50),a difference(P<0.05);the improvement of lung function index in the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical in patients with chronic bronchitis Ban Shah Mei Tero fluorine fluticasone combined with montelukast sodium therapy has a prominent role,improve the symptoms and improve the curative effect,it is worth learning.
