肝素抗凝血浆用于生化检验的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察分析生化检验中应用肝素抗凝血浆方法与可行性。方法:将我院于2014年6月-2015年6月间收治的103例患者作为研究对象,采集每位患者的静脉血4ml分别保存在两支试管当中,对其中一支试管做肝素抗凝处理并视为实验组,将另外一支作为对照组,检测对比两组患者的K+、Ca2+、Na+、Cl-、Mg2+、Cr、GLU、BUN、ALT、AST、LPS、UA、CK、CK-MB、B-AMY以及LDH等各项生化指标。结果:检测结果显示实验组的K+显著低于对照组且Na+、GLU、LDH、α-HBD、TP和GGT明显高于对照组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在Ca2+、Cl-、Mg2+、Cr、BUN、ALT、AST、LPS、UA、CK-MB、CK、CO2以及B-AMY等指标上的差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:生化指标的临床检验中应用肝素抗凝血浆具有一定的合理性,有利于促进检测速度和效率的加快,准确性较高,值得临床应用与推广。但在实际应用中需对K+、Na+、GLU、LDH、α-HBD、TP和GGT浓度进行及时的纠正。Objective:To observe and analyze the method and feasibility of the application of heparin anticoagulant plasma in biochemical test.Methods:103patients were treated inour hospital from June 2014 to June.The 4ml were collected from each patient’s venous blood-2015,which was stored in the two test tube.The test group was treated with Ca2+,Na+,Cl-,Mg2+,Cr,GLU,,ALT,,LPS,,AST,,CK,B-AMY,LDH,BUN,UA,CK-MB and K+.Result:The results showed that the K+ of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,GLU,LDH,α-HBD,TP,GGT and Na+ were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);the two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05)in Ca2+,Mg2+,Cr,BUN,ALT,AST,,UA,CK-MB,CK,Cl-,B-AMY,CO2,LPS.Conclusion:The application of heparin in the clinical examination of biochemical indicators has a certain rationality,which is conducive to promoting the speed and efficiency of detection,higher accuracy,worthy of clinical application and promotion.But in the practical application of K+,Na+,GLU,α-HBD,TP,GGT and LDH concentration in a timely manner.
