摘　　要：目的 :观察整体康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症体征计分的影响。方法 :14 6例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为 2组 ,对照组采用常规康复治疗 ,护理组在常规康复治疗的同时配合整体康复护理。 2组均进行改良的FairbankJc“腰痛病情计分表”分别评定患者治疗前后的功能级别。结果 :2组患者经过 12～ 2 0d(平均 14d)的治疗 ,护理组 92例中显效 6 8例占 73.91% ,有效 2 4例占 2 6 .0 9% ,无效 0例 ;对照组 5 4例中显效 14便占 2 5 .93% ,有效 32例占 5 9.2 6 % ,无效 8例占 14 .81% ,2组显效率比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,有效率差异亦有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :常规康复治疗配合整体康复护理更有效的提高腰椎间盘突出症患者的整体功能恢复。Objecive:To observe the effects of the hklistic rehabilitation nursing kn the score of lrmbar interverte bral disc prolapse.Methods:146patients with lurnbar intervertebral disc prolapse were randomly divided into two groups:control grorp receiving routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing group undergoing holistic rehabilitation nursing besides rehabilitation treatment.The functional grades of the patients were assessed and rated by the modified'Fair Jc'table.Results:During the treatment of 12-20days(mean 14 days),68cases out of 92 had an excellent effect,accorting for73.91%,24had a good effect,accouting for 26.09% in the nursing group,while in the control grorp,14 cases out of 54 cases hab an excellent effect,accounting for 25.93%,32 had a good effect,accounting for 59.26% and 8 had an un effect,accounting for 14.81%.There was significant difference in the excellent effective rate or the effective rate be tween the two groups( P <0.01 or P <0.05 ).Conclusion:The holistic rehabilitation nursing in combnation with reha bilitation treatment can effectively recover the integral function of the patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse.
