B超引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨B型超声引导下细针穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的疗效。方法 :1996～ 2 0 0 1年在B超引导下采用无水乙醇行细针穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿 97例。结果 :术后 3个月随访 ,97例肾囊肿患者中有效 91例 ,有效率为 93.81%。结论 :在超声引导下对肾囊肿行细针穿刺硬化治疗方法简单易行 ,并发症少 ,疗效确切 ,是肾囊肿最佳治疗方法之一。Objective: TO evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of sclerotherapy in percutaneous transrenal cyst under the guiding of B Ultrasound. Methods:Dehydrated alcohol were injected into 97 patients' renal cysts with fine needle under ultrasonic guiding from 1996 to 2001.Results:The effective rate of the therapy was 93.8% after 3 months of following up survey.Conclusions:This method to treat renal cysts is proved to be simple, effective,precise,and less side effects.It is an optimal therapies for renal cyst.
