益肾降浊汤对脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马组织超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察益肾降浊汤对脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马组织超微结构的影响。方法 :在造成大鼠低血压的基础上 ,进行脑缺血再灌注。于造模后 7d取海马 ,电镜制样、观察。结果 :模型组海马神经细胞可见核膜不清、线粒体嵴断裂等损伤性变化 ,且超微结构出现凋亡样形态学改变。治疗组脑组织的损伤性变化明显轻于模型组。结论 :益肾降浊汤可明显减轻脑缺血再灌注后的神经损伤 。Objective:To observe the effect of YiShenJiangZhuo decoction on the ultrastructure of hippocampus by cerebral ischemia reperfusion rats.Methods:The model of ischemia reperfusion injury was performed based on hypotension.The hippocampus was extracted to be made specimen for observing by election microscope on the 7th day postoperation.Results:It was found nuclear membrane unclear,mistochondrial crest breaking and apoptosisal morphological change of the model group.The damage changes of hippocampus of the treated group was patently lighter than that of the model group.Conclusion:YiShenJiangZhuo decoction could significantly reduce the neuron damage induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion and had the important effect on protecting the neurons.
