10种大鼠部分指标相关性与中医体质关系的初步研究

摘　　要：目的　在已对 10种实验大鼠进行了中医体质检测的基础上 ,对其部分指标的相关性与中医体质的关系做初步研究。方法　大鼠品系有WistarⅠ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、SDⅠ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级 ,CD(SD)IGSⅢ级 (大、小体质量 ) ,SHRⅠ级 ,SHR/spⅠ级。均雌雄各 10只。观测体质量 ,体温 ,肾上腺、胸腺、脾脏湿质量 ,测定TT3 ,TT4,FT3 ,FT4,rT3 ,TSH。分析指标的相关性。结果　指标的相关性与动物的体质有一定关系。结论　生物学特性的相关性同样为机体的重要生理病理特征 。Objective It is to study the relation between TCM constitution and the correlation of part indices based on TCM constitution examination of 10 species of rats. Methods 10 male and 10 female rats of each species [included Wistar Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, SD Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ, big and small CD (SD) IGS?Ⅲ, SHR?Ⅰ, SHR/sp Ⅰ] were studied. The part indices such as weight, temperature, the weight of adrenal gland, thymus gland, spleen and TT 3, TT 4, FT 3, FT 4, rT 3, TSH were determined. The correlations of these indices were analyzed. Results The correlation was related to constitution in rats. Conclusion The correlation in biological characteristic was important physiological and pathological character, which should be attached importance to.
