摘　　要：中国是目前世界上遭受反倾销指控最多的国家。加入WTO后,针对中国出口商品的反倾销案不会因为中国加入世贸组织而缓解。可实施的有效措施是建立政府、行业协会、企业三个层次的应对体系。政府设立专门处理反倾销案的有关部门;行业协会建立反倾销预警机制;企业对反倾销案积极应诉。政府、行业协会、企业三管齐下,在很大程度上可避免或减少国外的反倾销指控。At present, China is a country most frequently accused of anti-dumping. And the anti-duming cases in connection with the exportion of China's merchandise will not be reduced by its entrance to the WTO. In this case, the effective measure that can be taken is to estabish a comprehensive system of reaction for the government, trade associations and enterprises. The government, in detail, is to set up a special department dealing with the anti-dumping cases exclusively, trade associations are to build up an alarm mechanism accordingly, and enterprises themselves should meet the accusations of anti-dumping actively .This system of reaction, if formed, is to play an active role to prevent China from being accused of anti-dumping effectively.
