摘　　要：目的 :研究姬松茸对K 5 62细胞增殖与分化的影响。方法 :采用细胞培养、流式细胞术、形态学观察、免疫组化等方法观察姬松茸对K5 62细胞增殖与分化的影响。结果 :姬松茸对K5 62细胞增殖具有明显的抑制作用 ,并能阻止细胞由G0 /G1期向G2 /M +S期过渡。经 2 .5g/L的姬松茸诱导后 ,K 5 62细胞形态趋向成熟分化 ;联苯胺染色、糖原染色阳性表达率显著提高 ,阳性强度增加。结论 :姬松茸是抑制白血病细胞增殖并诱导其分化的天然诱导剂 。Objective:To study the antineoplastic effect of Agaricus blazei on K562 cells.Methods:After treated with Agaricus blazei, the proliferation and differentiation of K562 cells were observed by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry.Results: Agaricus blazei markedly inhibited K562 cell proliferation,and prevented cells from G0/G1 to G2/M+S phase.K562 cells tended to mature after incubation with Agaricus blazei at the concentration of 2.5 g/L,which exhibited more cells with positive staining of glycogen and benzidine.Conclusion: Agaricus blazei is able to inhibit the proliferation and induce the differentiation of K562 cells.
