摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定烟酸占替诺含量,方法:用十八烷基硅烷建合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇:水:冰乙酸(15:85:0.1)为流动相,检测波长为267nm,流速为0.8ml/min.结果:方法以平均回收率为99.6%RSD为0.6%.精密度RSD为0.2%,烟酸占替诺回归方程为Y=3.6444×104+4.0083×104X V=0.9999.结论:此法能满足烟酸占替诺含量测定的要求,峰的分离度及对称性良好.Object:Set high effeicacy liquid chromatography method to test the content of nicotinate gentino.Method:Take octadecyl Slianebinded silica gel as additive.Methanol:Water: Ice acetic acid(15:85:0.1)as mobile phase.The wavelength is 267nm,the flow rate is 0.5ml/ min.Result:This method's average recovery rate is 99.6%,RSD is 0.6%,precision RSD is 0. 2%.Nicotinate gentino regression equation is Y=3.6444×10~4+4.0083×10~4X,V= 0.999.Coclusion:This method can meet the need of test the content of nicotinate gentino,the peak's resolution and the symmetry is good.
