摘 要:目的:以三精锐普降糖仪(SSD)为代表研究物理降糖(PSRT)的作用机制。方法:临床实验:12名 NIDDM 患者在治疗前后分别测空腹血糖(FBS),胰岛素(INS),胰高血糖素,计算胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI);动物实验:将32只 Wistar 大鼠分为四组:A:正常的对照组,B:糖尿病对照组,C:糖尿病大鼠治疗一天组,D:糖尿病大鼠治疗10天组,在 D 组大鼠治疗过程中,其它组大鼠不给任何处置,仅 C 组大鼠于第十天时治疗一次,在此10天前后分别测各组 FBS;各组 INS,胰高血糖素仅在10天后测量。结果:临床实验:FBS 在治疗后降低(P<0.05),胰高血糖素也降低(<0.01),INS 变化无差异,ISI 上升(P<0.05);动物实验:D 组在治疗后 FBS 下降(P<0.05),D 组 INS 与 B组相比上升(P<0.05),而胰高血糖素与 B 组相比降低(<0.05)。结论:SSD 可能通过改善胰岛素受体前,受体和受体后三个水平的缺陷达到治疗糖尿病的目的。Objective:To research the mechanism of physical sugar—reducing treatment (PSRT)delegated by SanjingRuipu sugar—reducing device(SSD).Methods:clinical test:12 Non —Insulin—Dependant Diabetes Mellitus(NIDDM)patients's fasting blood sugar(FBS),insulin (INS),glucagons and insulin sensitivity index(ISI)were observed before and after treatment.ani- mal test:32 Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups randomly:group A(normal controls),group B (diabetic controls),group C(treated with SSD 1 days),group D(treated with SSD 10 days).Dur- ing te treatment,group A,B and C were maintained by normal feeding.Then measured all group's FBS before and after 10 days.INS,glucagons were measured only 10 days later.Results:clinical test:FBS decreased after treatment(P<0.05),glucagons falled obviously(P<0.01)and ISI in- creased(P<0.05).animal test:group D's FBS decreased after treatment(P<0.05)and insulin levels increased compared with group B's after treatment(P<0.05).Glucagon levels are lower than group B's(P<0.05).Conclusions:SSD can reduce FBS by improving the defects of insulin's receptor from three different stages(stage prior to combining,stage in combining and stage behind combining).
