摘　　要：目的 :了解HLC小鼠血液学指标及T淋巴细胞及其亚群 ,提供HLC小鼠的生物学数据。方法 :分别对HLC小鼠、无毛小鼠及昆明小鼠进行RBC、WBC、BPC、Hb测定及白细胞分类计数。α 醋酸萘酯酶法染色观察其T淋巴细胞及其亚群。结果 :HLC小鼠RBC、WBC、BPC、Hb与无毛小鼠及昆明小鼠相比 ,差异无统计学意义 ,3种小鼠的白细胞分类计数基本一致。HLC小鼠T淋巴细胞总数、T辅助细胞及T抑制细胞与昆明小鼠及无毛小鼠比较 ,差异均无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :HLC小鼠血液学指标与昆明小鼠及无毛小鼠相一致 ,T淋巴细胞及其亚群趋于正常 。Aim: To determine the hematological parameters in order to obtain the biology data of HLC mice. Methods: HLC mice,hairless mice,and Kunming mice were subjected to determine red blood cell count (RBC), white blood cell count(WBC), blood platelet count (BPC), hemoglobin concentration (Hb), and white blood cell different count. T lymphocytes and its subpopulations were determined by Alpha napthyl acetate esterase staining. Results:There was no significant difference in RBC,WBC,BPC,and Hb among HLC mice,hairless mice,and Kunming mice ( P >0.05).The white blood cell different count in 3 stocks of mice were similar. There was no significant difference in the levels of TLC,peripheral helper T cells (Th), and the suppressor T cells (Ts) among HLC mice,hairless mice,and Kuming mice ( P >0.05). Conclusion:The hematological parameters of HLC mice, Kunming mice,and hairless mice were similar,and the levels of TLC,Th,and Ts of HLC mice were approaching normal,thus HLC mice may be used in medical biology as a new inbred strain.
