急性腹泻病变部位与寒热分型612例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　临床分析急性腹泻患者病变部位与中医分型之间的相互关系。方法　依据临床资料 ,对 6 12例急性腹泻病人按病变部位分为小肠性腹泻或结肠性腹泻 ,并进行中医寒热分型。结果　发现小肠性腹泻与寒泻 ,结肠性腹泻与热泻的相互依存关系。结论　分析结果有助于在中西医结合的临床实践中沟通。Objective Clinical analysis of the relationship between the symptom location and traditional Chinese medicine typing of cold and heat in patients suffering from acute diarrhea. Methods According to the clinical conditions of all the cases, the 612 patients suffering from acute diarrhea were divided into either group of small intestine diarrhea or group of segmented one, and traditional Chinese medicine typing of cold and heat were studied. Results The small intestine diarrhea and cold diarrhea,and the segmented intestine diarrhea and heat diarrhea may be interdependent.Conclusion The results of our analysis may contribute to clinical medical treatment and facilitate combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.
