谈谈高校排球选项课教学的改进措施

摘　　要：排球运动是一项深受广大大学生喜欢的集体运动,很多大学生在体育锻炼的过程中,都表现出了对排球运动的极大兴趣。但受教学方法、教学形式、教学设备等方面的问题,高校排球选项课教学的整体质量并不高,这在很大程度上影响着排球选项课的教学水平。因此,为优化其教学质量,突出提升教学效果,应该采用科学的改进措施,全面提升高校排球选项课的整体教学水平。Volleyball is a collective movement,favored by the majority of college students like a lot of college students in the process of exercise,have showed a great interest of volleyball.But the teaching methods,teaching form,teaching equipment,the overall quality of the college volleyball option class teaching is not high,this is largely influence the volleyball option class teaching level.Therefore,in order to optimize the quality of teaching,improve teaching effect,should adopt scientific improvement measures,improve the teaching level of volleyball in higher education.
