摘　　要：伴随我国建立创新性国家战略的要求,电气行业在飞速发展的同时,知识产权问题频频出现争端亟待解决。从Simulink电气模块设计入手,对其性质的界限进行划定。提出从立法角度出发对此类电气模块设计进行合理有效的保护的观点,旨在构建基本的保护框架体系,认为其部分应纳入"工业版权"。从整个流程来看,又应由较之范围更广泛的"工程知识产权"单行法进行保护。With the establishment of innovative national strategy in China,the rapid development of the electrical industry at the same time,intellectual property issues frequently appear disputes need to be resolved.Starting from Simulink electrical module design,the boundary of its nature is delimited.This paper puts forward the view of reasonable and effective protection for the design of such electrical modules from the perspective of legislation,aiming at constructing the basic protection framework system,and believes that part of it should be included in the'industrial copyright'.From the perspective of the whole process,it should be protected by a wider range of'engineering intellectual property'monographic law.
