摘　　要：近年来,高等教育规模迅速增长、基层党建工作更加复杂,如何科学有效的提升基层党建工作实效性就成为一项需要高度重视的课题。高校师生党支部共建是增强高校党支部活力的一项新的途径,是推进高校学生党建工作的有力抓手。本文通过问卷调查和结果分析,从学生党支部建设现状以及教工党员引领作用的发挥情况入手,探索师生党支部共建的有效途径,以此提升基层党支部建设工作的实效性。In recent years, the scale of higher education rapidly growth, the grass-roots party construction is more complex, how to scientific and effective of advancing the actual effect of grassroots party construction has become a need to attach great importance to the issue. Party branch to build college teachers and students is a new way to enhance the vitality of the party branch in colleges and universities, is a powerful gripper in promoting college students' party construction work. In this article, through questionnaire survey and the analysis of the results, from the student party branch construction situation and its role in faculty members lead to obtain, to explore an effective way to teachers and students party branch building, in order to promote the construction of the party branch work effectiveness.
