对开展大学生生涯辅导的思考

摘　　要：我国大学生生涯辅导起步较晚,多数高校以就业指导为主,尚未形成系统的生涯辅导体系。笔者认为应采用四个结合:第一课堂与第二课堂、全程性与阶段性、团体辅导与个体辅导、专兼职相结合,提高生涯辅导的实效性。Having started rather late in China, undergraduates career tutorship in most Chinese universities and colleges is not a unified system and mainly employment guidance. This paper proposes "four combinations",the combination of the first and second class, integrality and stage, individual and group counseling, full-time and part-time staff, to enhance the effectiveness of career tutorship.
