摘　　要：随着大学应届毕业生的逐年增加,大学生就业形势日益严峻,做好职业生涯规划教育已迫在眉睫。文章阐述了当前我国大学生职业生涯规划教育存在的问题,并在此基础上提出6W分析法进行大学生职业生涯规划,以提升大学生的就业竞争力,促进高校的就业工作更好发展。The number of university graduates increased year by year, the situation of university students' employment is becoming increasingly serious, completes the career planning education is imminent. The article expounds the current problems of college students' career planning education in our country, and put forward 6W analysis method on the basis of the college students' career planning, in order to enhance college students' employment competitiveness, promote the development of university employment work better.
