摘　　要：大学生价值观教育在高校思想政治教育课程中占主导地位,同时也是高校教师教育学生的目的之一。高校教师应深入了解现阶段大学生心理需求及特征,剖析其价值观和影响其价值观发展完善的因素,进而对当代大学生价值观的发展及完善加以引导和教育。College students' values education, dominate in the ideological and political education curriculum, is also one of the purposes of teacher education in colleges and universities students. University teachers should further understand the current college students' psychological needs and characteristics, analyzes its values and influence factors of developing and perfecting its values, thus giving guidance to the development of contemporary college students' values and perfect and education.
