摘　　要：《红字》是美国著名作家纳撒尼尔·霍桑的代表作,女主人公海斯特·白兰追求真爱,崇尚天性,而她生活的清教社会排斥感情,禁止欲望,海斯特的内心渴望遭到了现实的无情拒绝,但她没有倒下,而是做自己命运的主人,捍卫人性尊严,追求自身幸福,热爱生活,最终实现了人生价值。本文运用法国杰出文学家、哲学家阿尔贝·加缪的荒诞哲学思想探讨海斯特这个经典人物,分析她面对理想与现实的冲突时的态度和反应,通过她的形象影响当代大学毕业生的就业观和人生观,引领他们走出"精神沼泽",积极乐观生活。The scarlet letter is the famous American writer Nathaniel Hawthorne's representative work, the heroine Hester Prynne pursuits true love, but the puritan society forbidden desires, Hester's inner desire were refused by the cruel reality, but she didn't fall, but the master of his own fate, to defend human dignity, to pursue their own happiness, deeply loves the life, finally realizes the life value. This paper uses absurd philosophy by the outstanding French writer and philosopher Albert Camus, discusses this classic characters, analyzes her attitude when facing the conflict between ideal and reality and reaction, and through her image greatly influence the contemporary university graduates and the outlook on life, lead them out of the marsh "spirit", positive and optimistic life.
