摘　　要：自党中央提出建设社会主义和谐社会、大力加强社会主义新农村建设以来,全国上下围绕和谐社会和新农村建设,大力开展创建活动并取得了一定成绩,但从当实践来看,仍存在一些不容忽视的问题。笔者仅从检察工作实践来作一粗浅分析。Since the party central committee put forward the construction of a harmonious socialist society, vigorously strengthen the construction of new socialist countryside, the whole country around a harmonious society and new rural construction, vigorously create activities and has obtained certain achievements, but from the practice, there are still some problem that not allow to ignore. The author analyzes from procuratorial work practice.
