摘　　要：现阶段,社会主义核心价值体系的建立对开展工会工作具有现实意义,将社会主义核心价值观贯穿于工会工作实践中,即注重价值导向,把社会主义核心价值观融入到制度建设和治理工作中,发挥法律法规的保障作用。从"自由、平等、公正、法治"等社会层面践行社会主义核心价值观,走中国特色社会主义工会发展新途径。At present, the establishment of the socialist core value system has practical significance to carry out trade union work, the socialist core values throughout the union work practice, the value orientation, the construction of socialist core values into the system and its management work, play a role of protection of the laws and regulations. From the "freedom, equality, justice, rule of law" and other social practice the socialist core values, new ways of development through the union of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
