摘　　要：随着科学技术的进步,网络交易,电子商务以迅猛之势发展起来。本文在研究网络交易难度的基础上,提出法律监管的措施,促进网络交易在法律环境下健康的发展。With the progress of science and technology, the network trade, e-commerce to trend developed rapidly. In this paper, on the basis of the research network transaction difficulty, put forward the legal regulation measures, to promote the development of network trade in legal environment health.
