工匠精神视域下专业人才培养机制探析

摘　　要：工匠精神具有专注严谨、不苟言笑的工作态度,精雕细琢、追求完美的工作素养,别具一格、独具匠心的创新精神。本文基于工匠精神视域下,对专业人才培养机制进行了深入探析,通过优化教学模式、加强校企合作以及重视双创教育三个维度,提出了人才培养机制的有效构建路径,旨在全面提高具备工匠精神的应用型人才培养质量。Craftsman spirit has a dedicated,rigorous,meticulous attitude to work,meticulous,the pursuit of perfect work accomplishment,unique,innovative spirit.Based on the perspective of craftsman spirit,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the training mechanism of professional talents.Through optimizing teaching mode,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and attaching importance to double-innovation education,this paper puts forward an effective way to build the training mechanism of talents,aiming at improving the training quality of applied talents with craftsman spirit in an all-round way.
