高效液相色谱法测定通塞脉片中黄芪甲苷的含量

摘　　要：目的　建立通塞脉片中黄芪甲苷含量的测定方法。方法　采用HPLC法 ,Lichrospher5 -C18( 2 5 0mm× 4.6mm)色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 :水 ( 76∶2 4) ,流速为 0 .8mL/min ,柱温为 30℃ ,ELSD检测器检测 ,ELSD温度 90℃ ,气体流量 1.5 0SLPM。结果　平均加样回收率为 96 .87%,RSD为 1.71%。结论　方法准确、可靠 ,可用于通塞脉片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish the method of determination of the content of astragalus glycoside in Tongsaimai Tablet. METHOD HPLC method, Lichrospher5 - C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm) as the chromatogram column, methanol : water (76:24) as the mobile phase, 0.8 mL/min flow rate, 30℃ column temperature, ELSD for determination, 90℃ ELSD temperature, 1.50 SLPM air flow volume. RESULY The average sample recovery rate was 96.87%, RSD was 1.71%. CONCLUSION This method is accurate and reliable and therefore can be used in the quality control of Tongsaimai Tablet.
