摘　　要：本文根据HDM3的研究成果,利用天津市路网实测破损调查数据建立并标定了路面使用性能预测模型,根据我国的具体情况建立了以路面大中修、养护需求分析模型和养护投资预算优化分配模型为中心的路面管理系统,为天津市公路养护管理提供了一套实用的辅助决策工具.In this Paper, based on the achievements of HDM3, a pavement Performance prediction model is defined and calibrated by the deterioration survey data of Tianjin highway network . In light of the condition of China, the pavement management system with the pavement maintenance demand analysis model for heavy-medium-maintenance and optimal distribution model of maintenance investment budget as the key components is established to help facililate the decision-making of the highway maintenance management in Tianjin area.
