摘 要:目的合成对二乙烯基偶氮苯(DVAB)。方法用对硝基苄溴和三苯基磷合成的Wittig试剂,与甲醛反应,生成对硝基苯乙烯。对硝基苯乙烯再进行还原偶联反应,得到DVAB。结果用红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析确定其结构;用紫外光谱测其光谱性质。结论该合成路线优化,产率较高。Objective To synthesize p, p'-divinylazobenzene (DVAB). Methods Wittig reagent was initially synthesized using P-nitrobenzyl bromide and triphenylphosphine, followed by reaction with formaldehyde to produce p-nitro styrene, which was then deoxidized by Zn/NaOH for the final product of DVAB. Results Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance and element analysis were employed to identify the structure of DVAB, and the λ max as determined by ultraviolet spectroscopy occurred at 357 nm. Conclusion The synthesis procedure of DVAB was therefore optimized with high yield.
